1970’s Kirsch Hamilton Aurora Clock Restored

A vintage 1970’s Aurora clock restored by AP Clocks. A classic design in the permanent collection of MOMA. This is a vintage 1970’s version not the later plated or second incarnation that is being sold now. It is running beautifully and has a new motor. The filers are original and they are a minor marks, please see the detailed photos. A few marks and nicks to the solid aluminum case. This can be polished to a high gloss finish. Please see the video for a peek at the beautiful color changes. We have used a 6000 k led white bulb with a bayonet mount. You can add a warmer bulb for a softer feel. These are also available in amber and red at any auto parts store or online.
These original versions are increasingly hard to find.
